Stainless Steel 410 Hex Head Bolts are precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel created to be stronger. Compared to other equivalent martensitic grades, 410 Stainless Steel Hex Bolts are used in situations needing more excellent corrosion resistance and transverse qualities.
The temperature range in the heat treatment process can change the strength and toughness of Stainless Steel 410 Heavy Hex Nuts. Stainless Steel 410 Nuts are low carbon, non-hardening variation of 12 percent chromium martensitic stainless steel. These hex nuts have a low carbon content and a little alloy addition to prevent austenite formation at high temperatures, limiting the alloy’s hardening ability. Even rapidly cooled from above the critical temperature, stainless steel 410 hex nuts remain soft and ductile.
Stainless Steel 410 Heavy Hex Nuts’ non-hardening property helps to prevent fracture when the alloy is exposed to high temperatures or welded. Stainless Steel 410 Hex Nuts have excellent oxidation resistance, adequate corrosion resistance, and good oxidation resistance. These Hex Nuts are also commonly used in Columns, Distillation trays, Heat exchangers, Towers, and other petroleum refining and petrochemical processing areas.
The goods that have been tempered and hardened have the highest strength levels. Hardening is possible, and these materials and products have excellent corrosion resistance. The 410 Stainless Steel Hex Nuts are steel Nuts with only threads. Mechanical, hardness, PMI, IGC, pitting resistance, tensile, flattening, chemical, flaring, and other tests are performed on these SS 410 Hex Nuts.
