When combined with nickel, the elements molybdenum and copper provide exceptional chemical resistance. Alloy 925 RTJ Flange is a nickel-based alloy with chromium and iron that can be age-hardened. It has high strength and corrosion resistance due to its composition. The ASTM B564 Inconel Alloy 925 RTJ Flange is utilized in various industries, including maritime, chemical, petrochemical, paper and pulp, oil and gas, oil drilling, and so on. Our ASTM B564 Inconel Alloy 925 RTJ Flanges are meant to be utilized in a wide variety of temperatures, up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. In the marine environment, Alloy 925 RTJ Flange is resistant to sodium chloride and can be utilized when the operating temperature reaches 1000 degrees C. At ambient conditions, the Class ASTM B564 Inconel Alloy 925 RTJ Flange has a pressure rating of roughly 270 Psig. Compared to stainless steel, Inconel 625 RTJ Flange has a high tensile strength range of 103-160 KSI and can maintain that strength at greater working temperatures. One of the significant sources of Inconel 925 RTJ Flange’s magnetic characteristics is the alloy’s high nickel concentration.
