Nickel is 50 to 55 percent, and chromium makes up most of the Inconel 718 Stud Bolts from 17 to 21 percent. Iron is included in the balance, along with some niobium, molybdenum, cobalt, aluminum, titanium, and other elements. These bolts’ chemical composition is carefully chosen to achieve the necessary mechanical attributes such as tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, elongation, and area reduction.
