The titanium addition in Incoloy 825 Seamless Tubes, together with the proper heat treatment, helps to stabilize the metal against intergranular corrosion sensitization. Incoloy 825 Seamless Tube is stabilized by annealing at temperatures between 1700 and 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (930 and 980 degrees Celsius).
